We do not collect card data directly; payments are handled by third-party processors.

To: (i) provide and improve translation, coordination, and consultation support; (ii) respond to inquiries and provide follow-up communication; (iii) display transparent, non-personal healthcare data for informational purposes; (iv) comply with legal obligations in Japan and partner jurisdictions. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for profit or referral purposes.

We may display publicly available data (CDC, SART, clinic websites). Such data is not linked to individual users, is shown for informational transparency, and isnot verified or guaranteed by us. Users should confirm details directly with the original medical institutions.

5. Information Sharing

We share information only when: (a) you provide explicit consent; (b) necessary for service provision (interpreters, hosting vendors); (c) required by law/authority; (d) necessary to prevent harm or fraud. We never pay or receive referral fees or kickbacks from medical providers.

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for service delivery or legal compliance. We use encrypted communications (TLS/HTTPS), secure storage, and access controls. Medical coordination data is anonymized or deleted after completion unless you consent otherwise.
